I spent some time this past weekend curled up with Judy Rodgers' modern culinary classic, the Zuni Cafe Cookbook. The Californian ingredients make me a little homesick, and the unusual and more thought out preparations make ordinary dishes sparkle.Here it is, in all it's tome-like glory
